With carefully crafted arrangements inspired by some of Paul Simon’s most ICONIC live and studio performances, fascinating stories behind the songs, and hits such as “You Can Call Me Al", "Diamonds On The Soles Of Her Shoes", "Mrs Robinson", "50 Ways To Leave Your Lover", "Still Crazy After All These Years", "Late In The Evening" and MORE...

The performance will be professionally filmed and recorded LIVE with an exclusive audience of only 40 people, in the unique, state of the art, and intimate venue - Beckview Studios.

Tickets include admission to the 45 minute performance, snacks and complimentary teas and coffees, (BYOB if you wish), and VIP early bird access to the film before it is released to the general public.

This performance will be filmed and recorded. As such, there will also be videographers filming both the performers and the audience. By attending this event, you agree to being part of the live audience and subsequent recordings.

Please Note: Once a set begins, there will be no entry to the live room. So please ensure you arrive promptly so as not to miss the start of the performances. No refunds will be given to late arrivals.

Show Times:

7.00pm - Doors for Show 1

7.30pm - 8.15pm - Show 1

8.30pm - Doors for Show 2

9.00pm - 9.45pm - Show 2

Drinks & Refreshments:

Tea, coffee & water will be available before and after the show. Unfortunately, we are not a licensed premises. However, you are welcome to bring your own alcohol to this event. Please note: No drinks are allowed in the Live room during the performances except for bottled water (which can be provided).

Accessibility:

The Studio is fully accessible for wheelchair users. If anyone has any mobility issues, please let us know in advance.

For this event, we will be asking our guests to enter the property through the kitchen/green room at the back of the building, rather than the front door.

You access the back of the property by walking to the end of the driveway and through the gate. Turn right and follow the building round to the back door. The path from the gate is gravel.

There are two steps up to enter the building here. If you have any accessibility issues, please let us know in advance.

The path will be lit and signposted on the evening. And a member of staff will be waiting there to greet you and check tickets.

Parking:

There is limited onsite parking. Which will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.

Alternative parking options are Newby and Scalby Community Hall carpark and then it is a short walk along the footpath to the studio.

There is also the option to park on Station Road, adjacent to the tennis courts and walk down. All these parking options are free of charge.

Taking the Bus:

The closest northbound stop is ‘Newby Bridge’ and is located opposite the Newby and Scalby Community Hall, so you will need to cross the road and walk up the road a little way to the studio. The number 10 East Yorkshire bus service stops here regularly.

The nearest southbound bus stop is known as ‘Council Offices’ and it stops right outside the studio. You can get the 10, S115, and X93 busses from this stop, you can check their times here.

Health and Safety:

Fire exits can be found at the front of the building (front doors, doors open inwards), and at the back, where you will be entering/exiting from. In the unlikely event of a fire, please make your way calmly to the nearest exit and congregate on the drive.

Ear protection is available on request.
